Mr. Jawahar Vadivelu, , Mr. Jawahar Vadivelu, aged 44 years, holds MBA degrees from the Asian Institute of Management,
Philippines, and from the Booth School of Business, University of Chicago. He has rich experience in a broad spectrum of
financial services in India, that includes, mortgage finance, stock broking, insurance, registry and transfer, and asset management.
He has also served on the boards of Southern Petrochemical Industries Corporation Limited (SPIC) and Sical Logistics Limited.
Mr.R. Ravi, ,Mr. R. Ravi, aged 57 years is the Managing Director of the company. He is a Graduate in Science, Master of Law and a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
After completing his Bachelor degree in Law, he practised as an advocate in Madras High Court for 4 years and thereafter he took an assignment in SPIC and continued there for a period of 13 years in various capacities heading Legal and Secretarial dept.
As an active faculty member he had handled the legal subjects and other Corporate Laws for the students of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) between 1985 and 1990.

aged 48 years, holds a Bachelor degree in Law and Commerce, besides a Post Graduate Diploma in Taxation & Accounts.
Immediately after graduation, he associated himself with the Share Registry activity, which is one of the pioneer concepts of
BPO activities. He has 24 years of flawless experience in Share Transfer and Registry related activities.
He is heading Registry & Telecom divisions of the Company. The Registry Division caters to the needs of more than 300 Corporates.
He had handled over 250 public / right issues for various companies and banks.
